stone products we offer are genuine semiprecious stone unless noted otherwise.
Each order is packaged with care to ensure that the quality of each bead is preserved

Why is there $20.00 minimum order limit?
We implement a reasonable $20.00 minimum order limit so that we can better
serve you and you can combine your orders to save on S/H. Our $20.00 is very favorable
compare to other websites whom often have $50.00 minimum order limit.
- Are
full exchanges or refunds offered?
AplusGems.com requires that
buyers pay a 20% restocking fee if they wish to return an item. Please e-mail
us if you have any questions concerning colors, sizes or shapes before you
order. We would be more than delighted to offer you our advice and expertise to
assist you in choosing the colors, sizes or shapes that you are looking for. This
fee will be waived if the item shipped was not the item that was ordered, or if
the item was damaged during shipping.
Return Authorization & Restocking
Fees All returns must be authorized in advance & the RMA number must be clearly
marked on the outside of the shipping carton. We offer conditional 14-day money
back guarantee for most items. The conditions include nonrefundable items and
restocking fee.
Why restocking fee? We do not want to profit by selling low-quality
products and charging high restocking fees. However, restocking fees become necessary
in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. A majority of customers never
return items. When items are returned in non-resalable conditions, we can no longer
use resell them. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs
had to be "shared" by others, which we believe are not fair. We choose to keep
our prices down by charging a restocking fee to non-defective, non-fault returns.
We try to keep the restocking fee as low as possible and in line with the cost
associated with the return. All sales are prior to past sales.
Nonrefundable
Items The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time
limits: Shipping charge, Special Order, Any items that are defaced or physical
damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned
items before issuing refund, Any product returned without the original package
that cannot be verified as our products, Any items returned after 14 days and
Any items returned without RMA number and authorization. Items with 20% Restocking
Fee (Must be returned in 14-days) 20% Restocking fee is applied to most items.
Items that are returned unused and in resalable conditions at full prices. We
reserve the right to inspect the product and confirm the defectiveness before
issuing refund. Items that are returned due to our shipping error. We reserve
the right to confirm the error. A restocking fee is applicable whenever the return
is due to "Wrong item ordered," "Wrong size ordered," "Wrong color ordered," "Wrong
finish ordered," "Customer does not like the product," or "Item no longer needed."

What will the shipping charge be?
We charge exact shipping plus $2.50
handling fee so the shipping charge will vary from order to order. However we
do have the minimum shipping charge.
Our shipping rates are on an exact cost basis. When you place your order, the
exact shipping charge for the ship method of your choice will be calculated. Shipping
charge depends on the size of the order. Please beware that we will authorize
$20.00 in addition to your actual order amount to cover for insurance, shipping
charge and handling fee. In case we didn't use the whole $20.00 the balance will
be refund via your credit card company within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the credit

we ship to overseas addresses?
You betcha we do! We have shipped
beads all over the world to date. We offer three shipping options for our faraway
customers. Regular Air Parcel, Economical Global Priority Mail and the speedy
International Express Mail. Of course no claims are made on a timely delivery
on either. Some countries don't offer certain mail services. In the event that
a different mail option must be made, please put in the comments if you would
like to go up or down on service.

Shipping times vary according to
locations. All items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order.
Orders are shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail or Fedex
depending upon the preference of the purchaser. Please noted that any order place
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be ship on the following business day.

form of payments is accepted?

Express and we are working on adding Discover and JBL to our form of payment),
money orders, cashier's check or personal checks are accepted as forms of payment.
Particular forms of payment will be accepted for certain special dealings.

form of payments is accepted from international orders?

Postal Money Orders issue by the Post Office. Sorry, we are currently unable to
accept personal check from international customers.
What is
the fee for return check?
All return check is subject to $25.00 return check fee. Failure to pay such
